| The total population of Tabuk Cement Company is (450) employees working in the various admininstrative and technical specialties. The Saudi manpower totals (160) representing 35% of the total population. The company has laid gradual plans to increase this percentage through its efforts to attract and train qualified Saudi cadres, or those with relative readiness for work and training. |

| This trend complies with one of the most important goals justifying the establishment of the company, which is ensuring Saudi manpower are absorbed into the miscellaneous opportunities provided for them. | |
Raw Materials |

The basic raw materials deposit is located adjacent to the plant site while the main corrective materials is available 21 km off the plant site. Limestone is transported from the limestone quarry to the plant by CAT 775B-60 ton dump trucks. Volvo trucks with 16 cum ton dump body transport schist to the site. |
| The additives, Iron ore and Sand, along with Gypsum are transported by contractors from different mines under the lease of TCC. The company has a large fleet of equipment for the mining and transportation of raw materials to meet the plant requirement. | |
