Originally, employment will be for Saudis only. However, non-saudis, subject to the provisions of articles (45) and (49) of the Labor Law, can be hired as well. The terms of employment are summarized as follows:

A) The candidate must hold the required qualifications and experiences determined by the company for the job in question.

The candidate must be medically fit as certified by a medical report issued from a company specified medical facility.

The candidate must succeed all the company specified interviews or tests.
