Tabuk Cement Company & Quality
Tabuk Cement Company is a major modern dry process cement company with sophisticated equipment supplied, erected, and commissioned by Mitsubishi Corporation - Japan. The plant capacity is 1.46 million tons per year and started its commercial sales on the year 2000. TCC is situated in Tabuk Province, 25 Km north of Duba and south of Duba Port on the coast of the red sea.
Standards
TCC is manufacturing 3 types of cement: a) Ordinary Portland Cement conforming to the standards     SSA 143 (1979)     BS 1278     ASTM C150
b) Sulphate Resistant Cement conforming to the standards     SSA 570 (1990)     BS 4027     ASTM C150 c) Pozzolana Portland Cement conforming to the standards     ASTM C595-98IP

Quality Assurance
TCC has applied a modern quality control system for quality assurance that consists of:
	On-line element analyzer to monitor the quality of limestone contiuously.
	X-ray analyzer to control the raw materials, intemediate products, clinker, and the final product cement on continuous basis.
	To cross check the X-ray results, there is fully equipped laboratory with compressive test machine, auto setting time apparatus to test the concrete as per the standard & market condition on continuous basis.
	Our test results are cross-checked with famous enterprises and always coinciding.

Customer Satisfaction

To perform the marketing survey and take corrective steps to meet the customer requirements, TCC has formed a Customer Satisfaction Committee with most experienced executive for regular visits to our customers in their premises.

Certification
TCC has been certified by Saudi Arabian Standard Organization (SASO) for quality mark since 2001. TCC is also certified for ISO 9001-2000 (Quality Management System) to meet the customer requirements by skills upgrading of all employees through training and continuous improvement in process, product, and quality system.
