Tabuk Cement Company maintains a list of its approved vendors "Suppliers", whose seriousness and efficiency have been proven through continuous transactions. When the need for new suppliers arise, the following procedures are undertaken:
The company will send Supplier Registration Form to be filled and returned to us either by mail or via our Web Site. When the form is received at our end, the information therein is verified against company measures, and if approved by Materials Manager, and General Director, will be inputted into our computer system to be included in the Approved Vendor List. Tabuk Cement can then start dealing with new vendors in a similar manner to current ones. |
Procedures for Tenders & Bids |

The Company will issue its invitation to bidders by sending invitations to its approved vendors, or those wishing to be added to the Approved Vendor List, by advertising in local newspapers, or through direct correspondences via Mail, Fax, or the Internet.
Tenders are delivered in a sealed envelope with Tabuk Cement Address clearly written on it, in addition to the Tender Title, in order to avoid opening the envelope by mistake among regular company mail. It must be submitted within the specified last date for tender submission. The Tender & Contracts Committee will open tender envelopes, on the specified envelope opening date, and will study each tender separately, then make a comparison among all tenders. In accordance with the results of such comparison, the recommendation of contract signing to one of the suppliers will be forwarded to company management for approval. |
