Basically, recruitment shall be for Saudis, recruitment of non-Saudis may be exempted in accordance with the conditions and provisions of articles 45 and 49 of the labor system and the instructions issued in this regard. Terms of Recruitment are as follows:
- A) Employees shall have the academic qualifications and work experience required for vacancies announced by the company.
- B) Employees shall be medically fit to perform the required vacancy, as per a medical certificate issued by the medical authority specified by the company.
- C) Employees shall successfully pass the tests or interviews set by the company.
Requirements of Recruitment at Tabuk Cement Company
